El Aguilera ( The Eagles Nest )

El Aguilera is set in a stunning position, at the very edge of the National Wildlife Park, on the side of a south facing hill, looking down the valley of the Rio Torrox, to the Mediterranean sea.
This brand new ( 2005) luxury villa has been constructed in the traditional method, using mainly reclaimed materials, giving the feel of a typical Andalucian hacienda style house, but with modern facilities including Free 2 view Sattalite TV All the rooms have the old style round wooden beams and terracotta floors.
The villa has been furnished to a very high standard, is very light and airy, and is fitted with ceiling fans in all rooms. There is a log burner for cooler evenings.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, two twin bedrooms and bathroom.
A flight of stairs lead to a very large master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, and out onto an enormous sun terrace with views all down the valley to the sea.
Outside the villa there is more sun terrace, and a private 8m x 4m swimming pool and Barbecue area.
The villa is approached by a private drive off a level track, less than 300 metres from the Competa – Torrox road, and is secluded behind its own gated wall with private parking.
The village of Competa is 4 Km away, and the coast approx 15 minutes drive.
The whole setting is very peaceful and ideal for a relaxing break.

The above prices are for the villa for one week. A discount of 7.5% will be given for bookings of two or more weeks. There is a special rate for longer term winter lets of 3 months or more between October and March.

All Deposits Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance, without further notification, to be paid a clear 8 weeks prior to hire commencement date. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before this date it must be accompanied by full payment. If the final payment is not received by a clear 8 weeks prior to commencement date, then the owners will consider that the hirer is in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
