Terms & Conditions
1. Contract Of Hire
All
bookings are accepted by the owners, subject to these conditions that are
deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the
party on completion of the booking form.
2. Confirmation
Your
booking is only confirmed on receipt of your deposit as per clause 3 of these
conditions.
3. Payment
Your
booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The
balance, without further notification, to be paid a clear 8 weeks prior to
hire commencement date. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before this
date it must be accompanied by full payment. If the final payment is not
received by a clear 8 weeks prior to commencement date, then the owners will
consider that the hirer is in breach of contract thereby cancelling the
booking.
4. What Is Included
The
rental includes: cost of water, electricity, , and maintenance of pool and
gardens. Please note that no items are to be removed from the property during
the term of your rental.
5. What Is Not Included
The
rental price does not include any personal insurance.
6. Cancellation By The Hirer
All
cancellations of bookings must be in writing, notified and received by the
owners no later than 8 clear weeks before departure, the full hire cost is to
be paid as stated in clause 3.
7. Occupancy
Only
the stated number of people on the booking form may occupy the property,
which cannot be re-let/sublet to any other group/party without the written
approval of us, . The property will be available for occupation from 15.00
hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated latest by 10.30 hrs on the day
of departure.
8. Maximum Number Of People
Under
no circumstances may the maximum number of people specified in the
description occupy the property except by prior written agreement with the
owners. The owners reserve the right to refuse admittance to the hirer and
their party if there is a breach of contract.
9. Damage To Property
Except
in the case of normal wear & tear the hirer will be responsible for
repairing any damage to the property or its contents which has occurred due
to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those
in occupancy or their guests. Such damage must be reported without delay. The
cost of repair or replacement must be agreed and paid to the owners.
10. Hirers Responsibilities
The
hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its
contents - utensils, furniture and all rooms must be left clean and tidy at
the end of the hire period. The hirer shall ensure that no activity in or
around the pool which may cause pollution to the water or damage to the
structure of the filtration equipment takes place. They are also to ensure
that the BBQ is cleaned and all rubbish is placed in the communal dustbins.
11. Injury & Damage
The
owners accept no liability for personal injury loss or damage to personal
effects howsoever arising during the booking period.
12. Information
All
information supplied by the owners is given in good faith and is based upon
information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to
ensure the accuracy of any statement made, however the owners and their
representatives are not liable for any variation however caused.
