The Villa Casa Tranquilo

This delightful, traditional village house has been recently renovated and furnished to a very high standard. The property is situated in a quiet corner of the village, less that 5 minutes walk from Competa's main square, shops, restaurants and amenities.

The house comprises of a double bedroom, a twin, bathroom and shower, good sized lounge, separate dining room, laundry room and a beautifully appointed kitchen.

Outside there is a small, open sun terrace with wonderful views to the coast, and in addition a separate garden and barbecue area.

Due to its layout, the house is unsuitable for anyone a bit wobbly on their legs, or children under 12 years of age.

All Deposits Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance, without further notification, to be paid a clear 8 weeks prior to hire commencement date. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before this date it must be accompanied by full payment. If the final payment is not received by a clear 8 weeks prior to commencement date, then the owners will consider that the hirer is in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
