The Villa La Pequena

La Pequena is on 2 levels and comprises, on the upper floor, of a double bedroom with ensuite shower, kitchen/sitting room and balcony with 2 steps down to the swimming pool, sun terrace and barbecue. On the lower level are 3 further bedrooms, a double and 2 twins, and ensuite shower.

This villa is set in the grounds of Finca Los Pinos, a 5 acre estate with gardens and wooded hillside at the start of the Sierra Almijara National Wildlife Park.

The views from here are spectacular, looking down the valley to the coast, with the mountains behind, and on clear days, the Riff Mountains of North Africa can be seen from the balcony.

The grounds here are very private and the villa is the ideal base from which to walk the hill trails or visit the many local villages.

The villa sleeps up to 8 people, and , together with the Log Cabins which are also set in the grounds, up to 14 people can be accommodated.

All Deposits

Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance, without further notification, to be paid a clear 8 weeks prior to hire commencement date. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before this date it must be accompanied by full payment. If the final payment is not received by a clear 8 weeks prior to commencement date, then the owners will consider that the hirer is in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
