The Villa Lisa Katrina

The Villa Lisa Katrina is situated in the foothilla of the Sierra Almijara, between the whitewashed villages of Canillas de Albaida ( 1km) and Archez ( 1km), and 10 minutes from the larger village of Competa. The coast is approx 20 minutes away.

All the villages have a good selection of local bars and restaurants, shops and banks, and Competa being the most lively.

The villa is south facing with wonderful views over vineyards and olive groves, with the higher peaks to the rear.

Villa Lisa Katrina, recently fully refurbished, comprises of 2 bedrooms, a double ensuite, a twin with another bathroom, kitchen/breakfast room, and a lounge/dining room with a logburning fire. The villa is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside, there is a covered terrace, sun terrace and barbecue, a brand new swimming pool (7m x 3.5m ), and a further sun terrace on the roof above the kitchen.

The villa is very light and airy, beautifully maintained, and the ideal base for either exploring the area or just lazing in private around the pool, and close to the local amenities.

All bed linen and towels are provided, but we do ask guests to bring their own beach towels.

All Deposits Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance, without further notification, to be paid a clear 8 weeks prior to hire commencement date. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before this date it must be accompanied by full payment. If the final payment is not received by a clear 8 weeks prior to commencement date, then the owners will consider that the hirer is in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
