Holidays The Villas are situated about 4km from the village of Cómpeta, on a quiet hillside 1 km off the Torrox road (MA-102). Set amongst vines, olive and fig trees. The villas are 400 metres from the National Park. Both are fully furnished and one has a private swimming pool. There are spectacular views of the mountains to the north. The accommodation (both villas) comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and a cot is available if required. 1 bathroom. Kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave. Dining area and spacious sitting room. Free to Air Sky TV, giving all the UK channels. There is also a radio / CD player and the area has good reception for mobile phones. Outside both good sized terraces, barbecue, sun loungers and chairs. The region offers beautiful scenery with mountains, an adjacent national park, clear seas, lovely beaches and many places of interest. Nerja is about 12 km away, with beaches and pre-historic caves. Granada, Seville, Gibraltar and the busier resorts of the Costa Del Sol are all readily accessible Please Note: The Villas are ideal for 2 families ( 8 people) and during Easter, May Bank Holidays, July,August, and first 2 weeks of September are only let as a pair. booking must be accompanied by your
payment of 30% of the total cost. The
balance, without further notification, to
be paid a clear 8 weeks prior to hire
commencement date. If your booking is made
8 weeks or less before this date it must
be accompanied by full payment. If the
final payment is not received by a clear 8
weeks prior to commencement date, then the
owners will consider that the hirer is in
breach of contract thereby cancelling the
booking. |
